Notably, in his capacity as a CFO, Bo has provided valuable financial guidance to early-stage companies spanning diverse industries, including SaaS and financial services. His expertise in financial modeling, accounting, operational systems, and capital structuring optimizes both finances and operations for these ventures.

In his previous role as CFO at North Avenue Capital, Bo held responsibility for managing the capital stack, forecasting, financial reporting, and key bank relationships. His leadership also played a pivotal role in successfully executing the company's exit strategy culminating in an acquisition by Veritex Bank (VBTX) in 2021.

Bo graduated from Baylor University with high honors as a triple major in entrepreneurship, finance, and economics.
