Nliba Nguimbous

Nliba Nguimbous is an accomplished operations and financial professional with over three years of experience in financial auditing, risk assessment, and process improvement. He is currently serving as Operations Manager at Till CFO, where he oversees daily operations, drives process optimization, and manages cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Before joining Till, Nliba held roles at ICE Mortgage Technology, where he excelled as an Internal Auditor II. His expertise includes conducting thorough financial audits, assessing internal controls, and presenting detailed reports to senior management to guide decision-making. His strong analytical skills, paired with his ability to enhance operational efficiency, have led to the successful identification of cost-saving opportunities across various business processes.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Nliba serves as the Director of All Nations Soccer League, where he oversees the recruitment, training, and management of over 2,000 players, contributing to the league’s growth and sustainability. He has a proven track record in building strategic relationships and managing budgets to optimize organizational performance.

Nliba holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Jacksonville University, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management. Throughout his academic journey, he was recognized for his leadership and excellence, including receiving the University Award for Outstanding Service and being named one of the Davis College of Business's Top 40 students.
