About Halsey McKinney

Halsey McKinney is a seasoned business development professional with over six years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. Currently leading Business Development at Till CFO, Halsey leverages her background to bring Till’s full suite of financial services to an array of early-stage businesses.

Prior to joining Till, Halsey led partnerships and growth at Graphite Financial Group, a fractional finance firm, where she built Graphite’s partner program from the ground up and was responsible for bringing innovative technology and investment solutions to Graphite’s 200+ startup clients. Prior to Graphite, she was a Senior Associate at Primary Venture Partners, an early stage venture fund in New York City where she drove strategy and market development initiatives for several consumer technology portfolio companies. 

Halsey began her career at Hall Capital Partners, a large multi-family office where she managed client relationships and honed her skills in investment analysis and portfolio management across several asset classes, including private equity and venture capital. After Hall, she pivoted to the world of startups as one of the first sales hires at Ontra AI, a legal technology company.

Halsey graduated from Bowdoin College where she majored in History and played on the women’s Division III varsity lacrosse team.
